Hazwoper – Technician 24 Hour Operations

Course length: 24 hours
Hazardous materials technicians are individuals who respond to releases or potential releases for the purpose of stopping the release. They assume a more aggressive role than a first responder at the operations level in that they will approach the point of release in order to plug, patch or otherwise stop the release of a hazardous substance. Hazardous materials technicians shall have received at least 24 hours of training equal to the first responder operations level.

8-Hour Hazwoper Technician Refresher (Annual)

Course Length: 8 Hours
Prerequisite: 24 HAZWOPER Technician. Hazardous materials technicians shall receive 8 hours annual training and demonstrate competencies and knowledge required by the OSHA standards.

4-Hour Hazwoper Awareness Level

Course length: 4 hours
Awareness level employees are individuals who are likely to discover a hazardous substance release and who have been trained to initiate an emergency response plan.

8-Hour Incident Command Training

Course Length: 8 Hours
A course for key personnel that are required by their job duties and responsibilities to be able to implement and perform assigned duties within the companies identified Incident Command system.

4 to 8-Hour Incipient Firefighting

4-Hour Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Training

Course Length: 4 Hours
Develop a sense of confidence in the SCBA and the employees’ ability to use the SCBA through hand-on use of the SCBA. This is accomplished by using various exercises requiring varied levels of efforts and skills while wearing the SCBA.
